Responsibilities/Job Duties:

  • Must maintain company production standards, customer service standards, and work well with team members & management to achieve targets.
  • Outgoing personality, energetic, and financially driven
  • Represent TRA with various trade organizations within the marketing region by attending meetings and trade shows as available
  • Collect and process all confidential leads according to a set of established standards and transfer them to TRA marketing management
  • In specific marketing regions, the position will nurture current and open new retail outlet partnerships for the purpose of generating non-RV consumer leads
  • Identify marketing and lead generation opportunities and present them to TRA marketing management for consideration for future partnerships
  • Communicate with marketing management concerning any challenges to lead generation
  • Weekly Auditing of client's accounts and providing information to management in a timely manner
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Event Marketing & Face to Face Sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of field sales or direct marketing experience
  • Must have valid means of transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Must be available for weekend and evening work
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint and Excel) as well as Microsoft Outlook
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Speak, read & write English fluently
  • Professional appearance

  • Full-time with Full-time pay and benefits
  • Competitive Wages with Unlimited Commission/Bonus! (Base/Salary + Commission)


  • Compensation includes a competitive salary, monthly commissions, and meal allowance with travel


  • Employee should be based out of our corporate office in Southern Pines, NC
