Travel Resorts of America is looking for energeic, responsible self driven individuals to enter into our Manager In Training Program. This program is a six month program that provides a comprhensive training program of campground management and operations. Successful candiates that complete the Manager In Training Program are placed as Assistant Resort Managers. Travel Resorts has locations in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, Florida and Georgia. This positon requires travel to several of our campgrounds for training. Responsible for thhe daily planning, management, team building and leadership role on the resort, to include registration/reservation, retail, other income items, all other outlets, centers, physical plant and related financial reporting and other various duties assigned by the Director. Experience in the Hospitality Industry perferred.
